Du kennst die Welt der Medizin – wir kennen die Kunst der Vermittlung. Als Active Sourcer im Gesundheitswesen unterstützt du unser Recruiting-Team bei der gezielten Suche nach qualifizierten Fachärzte in der ganzen Deutsch-Schweiz sowie in der DACH-Region. Du kennst die medizinische Welt, verstehst die Anforderungen verschiedener Fachrichtungen und verfügst idealerweise bereits über Erfahrung oder ein bestehendes Netzwerk im ärztlichen Umfeld. Die Position kann vollständig remote ausgeführt werden und bietet dir viel Freiheit, Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und ein sehr attraktives Einkommenspotenzial.

Deine Aufgaben: - Active Sourcing: Du identifizierst Ärztinnen und Ärzte über verschiedenste Plattformen - Direktansprache: Du führst professionelle Erstgespräche und weckst Interesse für offene Positionen - Terminmanagement: Du vereinbarst qualifizierte Gesprächstermine zwischen Kandidat\:innen und unseren Personalberater\:innen und bereitest die vollsändigen Bewerbungsunterlagen vor

Dein Profil: - Erfahrung im Recruiting, Active Sourcing, Vertrieb oder in der Direktansprache von Kandidat\:innen - Zwingend: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten oder im ärztlichen Umfeld (Klinik, Praxis, Pharma, MedTech, Recruiting Healthcare) - Idealerweise bestehendes Netzwerk im Gesundheitswesen - Sicheres Auftreten, hohe Kommunikationsstärke - Affinität zu digitalen Recruiting-Tools und KI-gestützten Prozessen - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Wir setzen auf ein performancebasiertes Vergütungsmodell mit folgenden Eckpunkten: - In der Startphase ohne Fixlohn, dafür mit überdurchschnittlicher Erfolgsbeteiligung pro vermittelter Ärztin / vermitteltem Arzt - Ungedeckeltes Einkommen - Verdienst deutlich über dem Branchendurchschnitt - Transparente, messbare Zielstrukturen - Schnelles Wachstum in Richtung Senior Recruiter / Teamlead möglich - wenn gewünscht
