Für dich ist die agile Arbeitsweise die sinnvollste Art ein IT-Projekt zum Erfolg zu führen? Für die aktive Mitgestaltung unseres Arbeitsalltags suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Unterstützung.

  • Du hast Verantwortung als Agile Coach / Scrum Master für interdisziplinäre Entwicklungsteams.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung des agilen Mindsets im Team und über die Teamgrenzen hinweg.
  • Du moderierst Workshops und Meetings intern und bei unseren Kund:innen und coachst alle Projektbeteiligten.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Product Ownern, Project Leads sowie weiteren internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen.
  • Du beteiligst dich aktiv in der Organisationsentwicklung.

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung selbstorganisierter Teams und in der Anwendung agiler Vorgehensweisen, vorzugsweise im Bereich Softwareentwicklung
  • Sicherheit in der Konzeption und Moderation von Workshops und Meetings remote, hybrid und in Präsenz
  • Sehr guten Umgang in der Kommunikation mit anspruchsvollen Kund:innen
  • Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Einfallsreichtum, sowie ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten und Durchsetzungskraft
  • Fähigkeit, schnell mit Menschen in Kontakt zu treten und eine Vertrauensbasis zu schaffen
  • Reisebereitschaft: Wir treffen uns regelmäßig zu Workshops in Konstanz oder beim Kunden
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2 oder Muttersprache)
