Wir suchen dich – einen motivierten und leidenschaftlichen Platform Reliability Engineer. Unsere Kund:inenn sind vielfältig. Unsere Software-Projekte ebenso. Wir lassen die großen Visionen unserer Kund:innen Wirklichkeit werden und helfen ihnen dabei, die Digitalisierung in Deutschland voranzutreiben. Dabei setzen wir auf unsere Begeisterung für Software-Engineering, Open Source, agiles Mindset und moderne Cloud- und Plattformtechnologien.

  • Du entwickelst und betreibst gemeinsam mit deinem Team moderne Cloud- und Plattforminfrastrukturen auf Basis von Kubernetes und Cloud-nativen Technologien.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere interne Plattform stabil, skalierbar und langfristig wartbar ist und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Infrastruktur- und Betriebsprozesse und reduzierst dadurch manuelle Aufwände.
  • Du arbeitest mit Infrastructure-as-Code-Ansätzen und entwickelst bestehende Automatisierungen und Plattformkomponenten kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du etablierst und optimierst Monitoring und Alerting, damit Probleme frühzeitig sichtbar werden und zuverlässig behoben werden können.
  • Du analysierst technische Störungen und Fehlerbilder, identifizierst nachhaltige Lösungen und lässt die gewonnenen Erkenntnisse direkt in die Weiterentwicklung der Plattform einfließen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Softwareentwickler:innen und anderen technischen Rollen zusammen und bringst deine Perspektive auf Infrastruktur, Betrieb und Zuverlässigkeit frühzeitig in den Entwicklungsprozess ein.
  • Du unterstützt dabei, Standards und Best Practices für den Betrieb moderner Cloud- und Plattformlösungen weiterzuentwickeln.

Das bringst du mit

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und dem Betrieb von Cloud-nativen Plattformen und Infrastrukturen
  • Tiefgreifendes Know-how in Kubernetes - von der Konzeption über den Aufbau bis zum produktiven Betrieb komplexer Cluster-Umgebungen
  • Erfahrung mit Infrastructure-as-Code-Tools, insbesondere Pulumi und/oder Terraform
  • Verständnis für moderne Softwareentwicklungsprinzipien, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen in Python
  • Sicheres Urteilsvermögen und eine pragmatische Herangehensweise an komplexe technische Herausforderungen, auch in zeitkritischen Situationen
  • Offenheit für Rufbereitschaft innerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1)
