We are a restaurant awarded 1 Michelin star and are looking for a motivated and passionate cook to join our kitchen team.

Quality, product knowledge, precision and teamwork are at the heart of our kitchen. We work with high-quality ingredients every day and strive to offer our guests a gastronomic experience at the highest level.

As a cook, you will have an important role within our team and contribute to the daily operation of the kitchen.

As a cook, you will:

  • be responsible for your own section of the kitchen;
  • prepare the mise en place and preparations for your section;
  • prepare and plate dishes according to our standards;
  • ensure consistent quality, taste and presentation;
  • work closely with the chef and the rest of the kitchen team;
  • ensure an efficient and well-organised service;
  • work according to hygiene and HACCP standards;
  • take proper care of ingredients, equipment and your workstation;
  • actively contribute to the efficient organisation and operation of the kitchen.
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience as a cook, or can demonstrate equivalent relevant knowledge and experience.
  • You are organised and able to work accurately.
  • You have a strong eye for detail, quality and presentation.
  • You can work both independently and as part of a team.
  • You speak Dutch or English.
  • You are able to travel independently to the Knokke region, Belgium.
