Er du speciallæge i psykiatri – og nysgerrig på livet i speciallægepraksis?

Jeg søger en assisterende speciallæge i psykiatri til min praksis som en del af Psykiatriklinikken Selandia, en kompagniskabspraksis i Roskilde.

Stillingen er en mulighed for dig, der har lyst til at prøve kræfter med speciallægepraksis og opleve, hvad denne del af psykiatrien kan tilbyde. Måske er du relativt ny speciallæge, måske har du mange års erfaring, eller måske ønsker du en deltidsstilling, som kan kombineres med andet arbejde.

Stillingen er på deltid, og det konkrete timetal aftales med udgangspunkt i både dine og klinikkens ønsker og muligheder. Ansættelsen sker efter gældende vilkår for assisterende speciallæger i speciallægepraksis i henhold til FAPS-overenskomsten.

Om klinikken

Psykiatriklinikken Selandia er en familieejet klinik, hvor vi arbejder tæt sammen om effektive, sammenhængende og tværfaglige patientforløb af høj faglig standard.

Klinikken har overenskomst med sygesikringen og varetager udredning og behandling af henviste patienter. Vi har blandt andet særlige kompetencer inden for udredning af autismespektrumforstyrrelser samt udredning og behandling af ADHD.

Vi har en rar og uformel omgangstone, korte veje til sparring og respekt for hinandens faglighed. Ordentlighed, et empatisk menneskesyn og lysten til at bære sin del af et fællesskab er vigtigt for os.

Samtidig er speciallægepraksis et sted, hvor der arbejdes fokuseret og effektivt. Som speciallæge har du ansvar for egne patientforløb fra udredning til behandling, og vi forventer, at du trives med selvstændigt ansvar, kan skabe fremdrift i dine forløb og har blik for, at arbejdet foregår inden for rammerne af en ydelsesbaseret speciallægepraksis.

Vi tror på, at høj faglighed, effektivitet og et godt arbejdsmiljø sagtens kan gå hånd i hånd.

Hvem er du?

Du er speciallæge i psykiatri og har lyst til både at arbejde selvstændigt og være en aktiv del af et fagligt fællesskab.

Er du ny eller nyere speciallæge – eller har du ikke tidligere arbejdet i speciallægepraksis – sørger vi for en god introduktion til rammer, arbejdsgange og praksisformen. Du skal ikke kunne det hele på forhånd, men du skal have lyst til at lære formen at kende og efter introduktion kunne drive dine patientforløb selvstændigt.
