Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar manutenção e configuração de desktops, notebooks, monitores e periféricos;
  • Realizar instalação e configuração do sistema operacional Windows e aplicativos corporativos;
  • Prestar suporte relacionado ao Microsoft 365;
  • Apoiar na identificação e resolução de problemas de hardware e software;
  • Realizar instalação, movimentação, substituição e configuração de equipamentos;
  • Apoiar demandas relacionadas à conectividade e infraestrutura de redes;
  • Realizar diagnóstico de problemas de rede, incluindo TCP/IP, cabeamento, Wi-Fi e switches;
  • Registrar, atualizar e acompanhar chamados em ferramenta ITSM;
  • Garantir o correto acompanhamento das solicitações e a qualidade dos atendimentos realizados.
  • Desejável estar cursando ou ter concluído curso técnico em Informática, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Conhecimentos básicos em manutenção e configuração de computadores;
  • Conhecimentos em Windows e Microsoft 365;
  • Noções de redes TCP/IP, cabeamento, Wi-Fi, switches e conectividade;
  • Interesse em atuar com suporte técnico e infraestrutura de TI;
  • Boa comunicação e perfil para atendimento ao usuário.
