Como Analista de Gestão de Fornecedores Compliance Júnior você será responsável por gerir os processos de homologação, monitoramento, desenvolvimento e conformidade de fornecedores, assegurando a mitigação de riscos, a melhoria contínua da cadeia de suprimentos e a governança da base de fornecedores.

Responsabilidades:

  • Administrar os processos de homologação, manutenção e gestão da carteira de fornecedores, incluindo critérios de homologação e manutenção cadastral.
  • Conduzir Due Diligence, avaliações de conformidade e monitoramento de riscos financeiros, operacionais, documentais e de continuidade do fornecimento.
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (IQF, Scorecards, KPIs, SLAs e Health Score), elaborando e acompanhando planos de ação para fornecedores com baixo desempenho e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Planejar e acompanhar auditorias em fornecedores, apoiando auditorias internas e externas.
  • Atuar em projetos de melhoria contínua e governança, apoiando tecnicamente Compras na tomada de decisão sobre fornecedores estratégicos.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Ensino Superior Cursando ou Completo em Administração, Logística, Eng. de Produção, Processos Gerenciais, Comércio Exterior ou áreas afins.
  • Experiência prévia em Compras, Supply Chain ou Logística.
  • Habilidades em Excel e ERP.
  • Conhecimento em processos de compras, emissão e conferência de NF-e.
  • Noções de indicadores (KPIs e/ou SLAs).

Diferencial:

  • Experiência com ERP Totvs Protheus ou similar.
