Como Analista de Suporte Pleno, você será responsável por realizar atendimentos de suporte e garantir atingimento dos indicadores de saúde computacional do ambiente da empresa. 🚀

Responsabilidades:

  • Receber, entender, registrar, classificar, levantar informações adicionais e realizar testes iniciais dos acionamentos via ligações telefônicas, e-mail e chat.
  • Registrar informações dos atendimentos realizados pelos canais de atendimento de forma clara e objetiva.
  • Realizar o atendimento remoto, incluindo situações que necessitem de diagnóstico e investigação em busca de solução e/ou intervenções técnicas de maior tempo de solução;
  • Executar as suas atividades de acordo com as normas, políticas e procedimentos e processos, reportando qualquer dificuldade ou não conformidade identificada;
  • Realizar rotinas de acompanhamento e manutenção de microinformática;
  • Prestar suporte a usuários para utilização de recursos de microinformática;
  • Executar atividades conforme fluxo de atendimento nas ferramentas disponibilizadas;
  • Solicitar, encaminhar e acompanhar os serviços de manutenção dos recursos de microinformática, realizados por fornecedores; Instalar, atualizar e configurar softwares e equipamentos;
  • Realizar acompanhamento de inventário de ativos, hardware e softwares utilizando as ferramentas disponibilizadas;
  • Acompanhar e entregar valor, baseado em indicadores de saúde computacional definidos em contratos;
  • Organizar o processo de entrega/ativação/desativação dos equipamentos de TI.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Ensino Superior Completo em Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência nível intermediário à avançado em suporte de ti;
  • Experiencia em utilização de sistemas de registro de chamados;
  • Conhecimento em Sistema Operacional Windows.
