The posting

In deze rol speel je een sleutelrol in de dagelijkse werking van het kantoor. Je ondersteunt de Private Bankers en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers administratief en juridisch correct worden beheerd. Dankzij jouw structuur en nauwkeurigheid verlopen processen vlot en professioneel.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • Beheren, samenstellen en opvolgen van cliëntendossiers met aandacht voor volledigheid, correctheid en vertrouwelijkheid
  • Opmaken, verwerken en archiveren van contracten en juridische documentatie
  • Administratieve opvolging in het kader van compliance-, KYC- en interne procedures
  • Inplannen, voorbereiden en opvolgen van afspraken voor relatiebeheerders
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten via telefoon, e-mail en aan het onthaal
  • Ondersteunen van de commerciële werking op administratief niveau (geen actieve verkoop)
  • Voorbereiden van vergaderingen en bijwonen van meetings waar nodig
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere werkprocessen en optimalisatie van administratie
  • Praktische ondersteuning bij de organisatie van events (uitnodigingen, aanwezigheidslijsten, logistiek)
  • Occasionele aanwezigheid op professionele events in regio Antwerpen en soms Brussel of Knokke

Je voelt je thuis in een ondersteunende rol waar nauwkeurigheid, structuur en discretie centraal staan. Je werkt professioneel, bent stressbestendig en weet vlot prioriteiten te stellen wanneer er meerdere taken tegelijk lopen. Je neemt initiatief, denkt vooruit en schakelt moeiteloos tussen administratie, dossiers en contact met cliënten en collega’s.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een juridische, administratieve of financiële richting
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een juridische of dossiergerichte omgeving (zoals notariaat, advocatenkantoor, bank, verzekeringen of compliance)
  • Je werkt graag nauwkeurig en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor correcte en volledige dossiers
  • Je gaat professioneel en discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie en documentatie
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je ook professioneel uitdrukken in het Engels; kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je hebt interesse om je verder in te werken in vermogensbeheer en private banking
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een team met verschillende persoonlijkheden en werkstijlen
  • Je blijft rustig bij druk, verwachtingen en deadlines en weet hiermee op een mature manier om te gaan
