The posting

Als facility coördinator zorg je voor het efficiënt beheer en onderhoud van de voorzieningen over verschillende sites.

Je plant en coördineert preventief en curatief onderhoud en bewaakt de kwaliteit, planning en budgetten van alle facility-activiteiten.

Je stuurt interne medewerkers en externe partners aan en zorgt voor structuur in processen, administratie en opvolging.

  • Je organiseert en optimaliseert het onderhoud van gebouwen, infrastructuur en technische installaties (preventief, curatief en vervanging)
  • Je volgt keuringen, controles en nutsvoorzieningen nauwgezet op
  • Je coördineert werkzaamheden op verschillende sites in samenwerking met interne stakeholders
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en werkt doelgerichte oplossingen uit
  • Je implementeert en verbetert processen rond facility en asset management
  • Je brengt structuur in administratie, planning en opvolging
  • Je beheert contracten, offertes, bestellingen en onderhoudsdocumentatie
  • Je volgt budgetten op en rapporteert over planning en voortgang
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met leveranciers, techniekers en interne teams
  • Je hebt een Bachelor Facility Management of evenwaardig door ervaring en kennis in facilitair beheer
  • Je hebt ervaring in de bouwsector en beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht
  • Je hebt ervaring met planning, werfopvolging en technische processen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en georganiseerd: administratief sterk
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en gaat analytisch te werk
  • Communicatief
  • Hands-on, zelfstandig en stressbestendig en zijn eigenschappen die jou omschrijven
  • Je bent bereid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen tussen sites
