Wil jij de verantwoordelijkheid opnemen over jouw eigen winkel en team, maar tegelijkertijd dicht bij de dagelijkse werking blijven? Lees dan zeker verder, want voor een internationale supermarktketen in Deurne zoeken we een Store Manager die mensen kan meenemen, structuur brengt en zelf het goede voorbeeld geeft op de winkelvloer.

Als Store Manager combineer je people management met een hands-on mentaliteit. Je kent je medewerkers, weet wat er speelt in de winkel en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen samen dezelfde doelen nastreeft.

Concreet ga je aan de slag met:

  • Een 12-tal medewerkers aansturen, coachen en motiveren;
  • Personeelsplanningen opmaken en de dagelijkse winkelwerking organiseren;
  • Evaluatie- en opvolggesprekken voeren en medewerkers helpen groeien;
  • Actief meewerken op de winkelvloer en bijspringen waar nodig;
  • Verantwoordelijkheid opnemen voor de operationele en commerciële prestaties van jouw winkel;
  • P&L-cijfers lezen en resultaten vertalen naar concrete acties;
  • Toezien op een correcte toepassing van procedures en richtlijnen;
  • Een nette, efficiënte en klantvriendelijke winkel garanderen;
  • Regelmatig afstemmen met de District Manager over resultaten, medewerkers en verbeteracties.

Jij bent de Store Manager die wij zoeken als je aan het volgende voldoet:

  • Minimaal 2 jaar leidinggevende ervaring
  • Een hands-on people-manager die graag aanwezig is op de werkvloer;
  • Zeer goed Nederlands;
  • Je houdt van duidelijke richtlijnen, structuur en efficiënte processen?
  • Maturiteit en een echte teamplayer;
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische en resultaatgerichte omgeving.
  • Je presteert goed onder een hoog werktempo en kan het overzicht bewaren;
  • Organisatorisch sterk en kan prioriteiten stellen;
  • Je kan een P&L analyseren en interpreteren;
  • Flexibel inzetbaar, ook op zaterdag;
  • Je bent bereid om 42 uur / week te werken op 4 dagen.
