Krijg je energie van het analyseren van risico's, het coachen van medewerkers en het verbeteren van veiligheidsprocessen in een industriële omgeving? Dan kan deze uitdaging iets voor jou zijn.

Jouw uitdaging

Als HSEQ Officer ben jij de schakel tussen beleid en praktijk. Je bent veel aanwezig op de werkvloer en werkt nauw samen met operationele teams die actief zijn binnen industriële cleaning- en onderhoudsactiviteiten.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de HSEQ Manager en krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over meerdere operationele locaties.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Uitvoeren van veiligheidsrondgangen en inspecties op de verschillende sites.
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van risicoanalyses en preventiemaatregelen.
  • Organiseren en geven van veiligheidstrainingen en toolboxen.
  • Toezien op de correcte toepassing van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuprocedures.
  • Ondersteunen van operationele teams bij veiligheidsvraagstukken.
  • Onderzoeken van incidenten, arbeidsongevallen en bijna-ongevallen.
  • Adviseren van leidinggevenden en medewerkers rond veilig werken.
  • Signaleren van risico's en verbeteropportuniteiten en deze omzetten naar concrete acties.
  • Meewerken aan audits, interne controles en continue verbeterprojecten.

Geen bureaujob dus. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en zoekt actief de samenwerking op met medewerkers in een operationele omgeving.

Wie ben jij?

Wij zoeken niet noodzakelijk de kandidaat met de meeste jaren ervaring, maar wel iemand met de juiste ingesteldheid.

Jij brengt mee:

  • Een bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische, preventie-, veiligheids- of kwaliteitsgerichte richting.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt daarnaast een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen veiligheid, kwaliteit, preventie of HSEQ is een plus, maar geen must.
  • Een kritische en analytische blik.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B en verplaatst je vlot tussen verschillende locaties.
  • Voldoende maturiteit en overtuigingskracht om medewerkers aan te spreken wanneer nodig.
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en affiniteit met operationele of industriële omgevingen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden op verschillende niveaus binnen de organisatie.
  • Een zelfstandige manier van werken gecombineerd met een gezonde dosis verantwoordelijkheidszin.
