Als Landmeter vorm je een onmisbare schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige opmetingen en uitzettingen kunnen de werken efficiënt en volgens plan worden uitgevoerd.

  • Je voert topografische opmetingen uit ter voorbereiding van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je staat in voor het uitzetten van assen, niveaus, constructies en infrastructuurelementen op de werf.
  • Je controleert de uitgevoerde werken aan de hand van nauwkeurige metingen en kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Je verwerkt meetgegevens in de gebruikte softwarepakketten en stelt meetrapporten op.
  • Je ondersteunt werf- en projectteams met technische informatie en zorgt voor een correcte interpretatie van plannen.
  • Je detecteert afwijkingen en denkt actief mee over oplossingen op het terrein.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werfleiders, werkvoorbereiders, studiebureaus en externe partners.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en volledige as-builtregistratie van de uitgevoerde werken.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Bouwkunde, Landmeten of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding.
  • Je hebt ervaring als landmeter, topograaf of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen infrastructuur-, wegenbouw- of civiele projecten.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met moderne meetapparatuur en software voor gegevensverwerking.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en kan technische plannen correct interpreteren.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders op en rond de werf.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.
  • Ervaring binnen grootschalige infrastructuurprojecten is een sterke troef.
