The posting

Als Technieker zorg je ervoor dat installaties optimaal blijven functioneren en productieonderbrekingen tot een minimum beperkt worden.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Opsporen, analyseren en oplossen van mechanische en elektrische storingen aan PLC-gestuurde installaties;
  • Actief voorstellen formuleren om bestaande productie-installaties technisch te verbeteren;
  • Uitvoeren van herstellingen, afstellingen en optimalisaties aan elektrische, mechanische, hydraulische en pneumatische installaties;
  • Realiseren van diverse pas- en laswerken voor constructies en technische herstellingen;
  • Preventief onderhouden en controleren van het machinepark en de elektrische componenten;
  • Overleggen met operatoren en leidinggevenden om installaties op een veilige manier vrij te geven;
  • Begeleiden van externe keuringsinstanties en toezicht houden op onderhoudstechniekers van externe partners;
  • Zorgen voor een correcte toepassing van alle veiligheidsprocedures en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.

Je bent een technisch sterke onderhoudstechnieker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Daarnaast combineer je een analytische aanpak met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je behaalde minimaal een TSO-diploma Elektromechanica, Elektrotechnieken of een gelijkaardige technische opleiding;
  • Een eerste relevante ervaring binnen een industriële onderhoudsomgeving is noodzakelijk;
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, elektronica, hydraulica en pneumatica;
  • Kennis van PLC-sturingen of meet- en regeltechnieken vormt een mooie meerwaarde;
  • Je bent bereid te werken in een combinatie van 3-ploegen en dagdienst inclusief het bijhorende weekendwerk;
