Wat ga je doen?

Als Operations Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de operationele prestaties van de terminal. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle activiteiten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen.

  • Je stuurt de dagelijkse terminaloperaties aan en bewaakt de productiviteit.
  • Je leidt en coacht operationele teams waaronder havenarbeiders, kraanmannen en administratief personeel.
  • Je waarborgt een sterke veiligheidscultuur en naleving van procedures.
  • Je optimaliseert processen en zet verbeteringsprojecten op.
  • Je volgt KPI's op rond kwaliteit, efficiëntie en klanttevredenheid.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, interne diensten en externe partners.
  • Je beheert budgetten, middelen en personeelsplanning.

Jouw ervaring

  • Je kan terugvallen op minstens 10 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende in een maritieme terminal omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen breakbulk en je bent sterk vertrouwd met havenwerking.
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van grotere operationele teams.
  • Sterk inzicht in safety, kwaliteit en operationele processen.
  • Dankzij je goede communicatie en people skills weet je mensen te inspireren en te motiveren.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.

Je bent een geboren leider die mensen weet te motiveren en resultaten behaalt door samenwerking. Je schakelt vlot tussen strategisch denken en operationeel handelen, neemt ownership en behoudt het overzicht in een snel veranderende omgeving.
