Als Preventieadviseur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren, opvolgen en optimaliseren van het veiligheids- en preventiebeleid binnen diverse bouw- en infrastructuurprojecten. Je ondersteunt zowel leidinggevenden als medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat de organisatie voldoet aan de geldende welzijns- en veiligheidswetgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Mee vormgeven en verder implementeren van het veiligheids- en preventiebeleid binnen de organisatie.
  • Ondersteunen bij de verdere uitbouw en optimalisatie van veiligheidssystemen en preventieprocessen.
  • Adviseren en coachen van leidinggevenden en medewerkers rond welzijn, veiligheid en gezondheid op het werk.
  • Organiseren en begeleiden van toolboxmeetings, veiligheidsvergaderingen en sensibiliseringsacties.
  • Regelmatig aanwezig zijn op werven, werkplaatsen en magazijnen om veiligheidsrisico’s te identificeren en preventieve maatregelen op te volgen.
  • Toezien op de correcte toepassing van de welzijnswetgeving, de Codex Welzijn op het Werk en andere relevante regelgeving.
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en deze vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties en preventiemaatregelen.
  • Opstellen van globale preventieplannen, jaaractieplannen en wettelijk verplichte rapporteringen.
  • Onderzoeken, analyseren en rapporteren van arbeidsongevallen, incidenten en bijna-ongevallen.
  • Formuleren van verbetervoorstellen om veiligheidsrisico’s structureel te verminderen.
  • Verzorgen van veiligheidstrainingen, opleidingen en informatiesessies voor medewerkers.
  • Samenwerken met externe partners, overheidsinstanties en andere betrokken stakeholders inzake veiligheid en preventie.
  • Je beschikt over een attest Preventieadviseur Niveau 1
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring binnen een bouw-, infrastructuur- of projectomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van de Belgische welzijns- en veiligheidswetgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van de Codex Welzijn op het Werk en de toepassing ervan binnen bouwprojecten.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het KB Tijdelijke en Mobiele Bouwplaatsen (TMB) en de rolverdelingen binnen bouwprojecten.
  • Je hebt kennis van signalisatie-, verkeers- en veiligheidsmaatregelen op openbare en private werven.
  • Je hebt inzicht in risico's verbonden aan grondwerken, funderingen en stabiliteitsvraagstukken.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met milieu- en omgevingsaspecten zoals afvalbeheer, geluid, emissies en bodemimpact.
  • Je communiceert vlot met medewerkers, leidinggevenden, klanten en overheidsinstanties.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt proactief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je combineert een coachende aanpak met de nodige overtuigingskracht en organisatiesensitiviteit.
