  • Coördineren en realiseren van projecten van A tot Z
  • Opstellen en bijsturen van de projectplanning
  • Bewaken van budget, deadlines, kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Leiding nemen als een echte “mini-ondernemer” binnen jouw projecten
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant
  • Zorgen voor heldere communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen (werfteam, architect, onderaannemers, …)
  • Nauwe samenwerking met interne teams (aankoop, werkvoorbereiding, engineering)
  • Rapporteren en toelichten van cijfers tijdens prognosemeetings

Je werkt aan een brede waaier van projecten: van bedrijfsgebouwen en distributiecentra tot productiehallen, utiliteitsbouw en petrochemische toepassingen.

  • Master of bachelor in bouwkunde
  • Ongeveer 10 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol
  • Sterke talenkennis: Nederlands, aangevuld met Engels en Frans
  • Vlot met MS Office en MS Project
  • Proactief en oplossingsgericht
  • Sterke leadership skills: je motiveert en inspireert teams
  • Klantgericht met oog voor kwaliteit
  • Flexibel inzetbaar (op werven én kantoor)
