Als Projectleider Staal ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met staal en conservering te maken heeft binnen het project

  • Je volgt alle staalgerelateerde werkzaamheden op, die voornamelijk in onderaanneming worden uitgevoerd
  • Je coördineert en bewaakt de conserveringswerken aan staal, eveneens via onderaannemers
  • Je beheert de raakvlakken tussen staalbouw, conservering en andere disciplines op de werf
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de hoofdprojectleider, hoofdwerfleider, HSE-coördinator en kwaliteitscoördinator
  • Je ziet erop toe dat alle betrokken partijen hun contractuele, administratieve en uitvoeringsverplichtingen correct naleven
  • Je volgt de planning actief op, organiseert kwaliteitscontroles en bewaakt de veiligheid via regelmatige werfrondgangen
  • Je beheert het budget, behandelt maandelijkse vorderingsstaten en behoudt het overzicht over meer- en minwerken
  • Je brengt partijen samen, signaleert knelpunten en zorgt voor duurzame oplossingen
  • Je stemt af met het studiebureau, het kwaliteitscontrolebureau en de klant
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een diploma Ingenieur Bouwkunde
  • Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie (ervaring primeert op diploma)
  • Je bent in het bezit van een VCA-VOL certificaat of bereid dit op korte termijn te behalen
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je professioneel uitdrukken in het Engels en Frans
  • Je bent sterk in communicatie, leidinggeven en het nemen van beslissingen
  • Je schakelt snel en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je hebt een flexibele ingesteldheid ten opzichte van werktijden
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en hebt bij voorkeur ook ervaring met MS Project
