Als Quality Assurance Inspector zorg je ervoor dat producten en processen voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen, klantverwachtingen en regelgeving.

Je combineert werk op de productievloer met administratieve taken en speelt een belangrijke rol in het continu verbeteren van de organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Controleren van producten en processen op kwaliteit en conformiteit.
  • Opsporen, analyseren en mee oplossen van kwaliteitsproblemen.
  • Uitvoeren en ondersteunen van interne en externe audits.
  • Meewerken aan verbeterprojecten voor producten, processen en werkmethodes.
  • Onderhouden en verbeteren van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem (ISO 9001).
  • Ondersteunen bij certificeringen en naleving van normen zoals PED en ATEX.
  • Samenwerken met Productie, Engineering, Sales, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Rapporteren van resultaten en begeleiden van collega's op vlak van kwaliteit.

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

  • Je beschikt over minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een productie gerelateerde, engineering, inspectie of QA omgeving
  • Je bent discreet, nauwkeurig en draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel
  • Daarnaast is je grootste kwaliteit dat je feilloos weet hoe je mensen aanspoort om de beoogde kwaliteit na te streven
  • Kennis van ISO 9001/45001/5001, VCA, PED en ATEX is een pluspunt
