Concrètement, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes :

  • Assurer la gestion complète du processus de recrutement pour différents profils ;
  • Rédiger et diffuser les offres d'emploi sur les canaux les plus appropriés ;
  • Réaliser les présélections téléphoniques et les entretiens de recrutement ;
  • Évaluer les compétences des candidats et leur adéquation avec la fonction et la culture de l'entreprise ;
  • Accompagner et conseiller les hiring managers tout au long du processus de sélection ;
  • Participer au suivi des recrutements et à l'analyse des résultats des campagnes de recrutement ;
  • Identifier les axes d'amélioration et formuler des recommandations afin d'optimiser les processus de recrutement ;
  • Veiller à offrir une expérience de qualité aux candidats ainsi qu'aux managers.

Votre profil

  • Vous avez une expérience probante en recrutement et sélection ;
  • Vous appréciez les environnements dynamiques où plusieurs recrutements sont menés simultanément ;
  • Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités de communication et d'un bon sens relationnel ;
  • Vous êtes capable de conseiller, challenger et accompagner vos interlocuteurs ;
  • Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, de proactivité et d'un bon sens de l'organisation ;
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et disposez d'une bonne connaissance du néerlandais.
  • Disponible pour des déplacements réguliers dans toute la Wallonie.
