Als Safety Supervisor Productie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en versterken van de veiligheid op de werkvloer. Je werkt nauw samen met teamleaders, shiftleaders en operationele afdelingen om een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving te garanderen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Toezicht houden op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, procedures en preventiemaatregelen.
  • Actief aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer en medewerkers aanspreken op onveilige situaties of gedrag.
  • Controleren op het correct gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM's).
  • Geven van constructieve feedback aan teamleaders en shiftleaders omtrent veiligheid.
  • Ondersteunen van leidinggevenden bij het implementeren en opvolgen van veiligheidsinitiatieven.
  • Stimuleren van veilig gedrag en het verhogen van het veiligheidsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie.
  • Opvolgen van veiligheidsinbreuken en bewaken van een consequente toepassing van veiligheidsregels.
  • Samenwerken met operationele leidinggevenden om veiligheid en operationele doelstellingen op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van een proactieve veiligheidscultuur.
  • Ondersteunen van projecten en verbeterinitiatieven rond veiligheid, welzijn en preventie.
  • Rapporteren aan de SHEQ Manager / SHEQ Director.
  • Bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in een technische, veiligheidskundige of industriële richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving in een leidinggevende, coördinerende of toezichthoudende functie.
  • Certificaat Preventieadviseur Niveau 3 is een sterke troef.
  • Bereidheid om de opleiding Preventieadviseur Niveau 3 te volgen indien nog niet behaald.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om medewerkers op een respectvolle maar duidelijke manier aan te spreken.
  • Hands-on ingesteld en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer.
  • Stressbestendig en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Bereid om sporadisch aanwezig te zijn tijdens avonden of weekends indien de situatie dit vereist.
