Als Teamleader Mechanisch Onderhoud ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlot functioneren en optimaliseren van de mechanische installaties binnen de productieomgeving. Je stuurt een team van techniekers aan en werkt nauw samen met productie en andere technische afdelingen.

Je combineert technische expertise met coachend leiderschap en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de onderhoudsorganisatie.

Teamwork en leiderschap

  • Dagelijks aansturen motiveren en coachen van een team mechanische techniekers
  • Organiseren van ploegenwissels en zorgen voor een goede kennisoverdracht
  • Voeren van feedback en evaluatiegesprekken
  • Stimuleren van samenwerking verantwoordelijkheid en continu leren

Mechanisch onderhoud en productieondersteuning

  • Verantwoordelijk voor een stabiel productieproces op mechanisch vlak
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van preventief en correctief onderhoud
  • Beheren van onderhoudsplannen en administratie in het onderhoudsbeheersysteem
  • Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met productie en andere technische teams
  • Beperken van productiestilstanden door efficiënte planning en snelle interventies
  • Technisch aanspreekpunt voor het team en rapporteren aan de afdeling

Innovatie en veiligheid

  • Meewerken aan verbeterings- en optimalisatieprojecten
  • Betrokken bij nieuwe installaties en technologische vernieuwingen
  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures
  • Ondersteunen van opleidingen audits en kwaliteitscontroles
  • Technisch diploma middelbaar, graduaat of bachelor in elektromechanica, werktuigbouwkunde, onderhoudstechnieken of gelijkwaardig
  • enkele jaren ervaring in mechanisch onderhoud binnen een productieomgeving
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol of klaar voor een volgende stap ondersteund door opleidingen soft skills of leidinggeven
  • Sterk technisch inzicht en ervaring met het lezen van technische en onderhoudsplannen
  • Vertrouwd met onderhoudsbeheersystemen en industriële software
  • Coachende leiderschapsstijl met duidelijke resultaatgerichte communicatie
  • Sterke focus op veiligheid kwaliteit en samenwerking
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
