The posting

Als Terminal Security Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en bewaken van alle veiligheids- en beveiligingsprocessen op de terminal. Je zorgt ervoor dat procedures correct worden toegepast en treedt op als centraal aanspreekpunt voor alles wat verband houdt met security, toegangscontrole en compliance.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van veiligheids- en beveiligingsprocedures op de terminal.
  • Je bewaakt de toepassing van de ISPS-richtlijnen en andere relevante regelgeving binnen de havenomgeving.
  • Je voert controles, inspecties en veiligheidsrondes uit op de site.
  • Je identificeert risico's en formuleert preventieve maatregelen om incidenten te voorkomen.
  • Je onderzoekt veiligheidsincidenten en volgt corrigerende acties op.
  • Je beheert en controleert de toegangsprocedures voor medewerkers, contractors en bezoekers.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met operationele teams, beveiligingspartners en externe instanties.
  • Je ondersteunt bij audits, inspecties en veiligheidscontroles.
  • Je houdt procedures, risicoanalyses en documentatie up-to-date.
  • Je volgt wijzigingen in wetgeving en regelgeving op en vertaalt deze naar de operationele werking.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen op vlak van veiligheid, beveiliging en compliance.

Wie ben jij als Terminal Security Coördinator?

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen security, safety, havenactiviteiten, logistiek of een operationele omgeving.
  • Ervaring met ISPS, havenbeveiliging, toegangscontrole of compliance is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je durft beslissingen nemen en treedt kordaat op wanneer nodig.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en denkt proactief mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
