Wat ga je doen als Warehouse Teamleader Inbound?

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse inbound activiteiten binnen het geautomatiseerde magazijn
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van een team van ongeveer 5 magazijnmedewerkers
  • Dagelijks opvolgen van KPI's en productiviteit en trends analyseren waar nodig
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte taakverdeling en optimale werkorganisatie
  • Opvolgen van aanwezigheid, verlofplanning en prestaties van medewerkers
  • Signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden binnen processen en actief meewerken aan optimalisaties
  • Opleiden en begeleiden van medewerkers bij nieuwe procedures en werkinstructies
  • Coachen, evalueren en ontwikkelen van teamleden
  • Ondersteunen bij interne aanwervingen en het selecteren van geschikte kandidaten
  • Rapporteren aan de Operations Manager

Wat breng je mee als Warehouse Teamleader?

  • Een eerste succesvolle ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen logistiek of warehouse
  • Ervaring met het opvolgen van operationele processen en prestaties
  • Je haalt voldoening uit het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers
  • Je kan duidelijke verwachtingen formuleren en medewerkers hier constructief in begeleiden
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet KPI's te vertalen naar concrete acties
  • Ervaring met veranderingsprocessen en procesverbetering is een mooie troef
  • Goede kennis van MS Office
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands en een goede kennis Engels
  • Bereidheid om in een tweeploegensysteem te werken
