The posting

Als Werfleider E&I ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en opvolging van alle werkzaamheden rond elektriciteit en instrumentatie op de werf.

Je bewaakt de uitvoering van de werken, stuurt techniekers en onderaannemers aan en zorgt ervoor dat alle activiteiten veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

Werfcoördinatie en uitvoering

  • Dagelijkse aansturing van techniekers, elektriciens en onderaannemers op de werf.
  • Coördineren van E&I-activiteiten zoals elektrische installaties, instrumentatie, bekabeling en verdeelborden.
  • Vertalen van technische plannen en werkpakketten naar een efficiënte uitvoering op de werf.
  • Interpreteren van elektrische schema's en technische documentatie.
  • Toezien op een correcte uitvoering volgens specificaties, procedures en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en productiviteit van de werkzaamheden.
  • Planning en opvolging
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van dag- en weekplanningen.
  • Afstemmen met projectleiding, werkvoorbereiding en andere disciplines.
  • Coördineren van werkzaamheden met externe partners en andere contractors op de site.
  • Tijdig detecteren van afwijkingen en proactief bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Rapporteren over voortgang, bezetting en aandachtspunten.

Veiligheid en kwaliteit

  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften en werkvergunningen.
  • Organiseren van toolboxmeetings en veiligheidsbriefings.
  • Actief uitdragen van veiligheidsbewustzijn op de werf.
  • Signaleren en aanpakken van onveilige situaties.
  • Mee opvolgen van risicoanalyses, inspecties en kwaliteitscontroles.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, rendement en naleving van procedures.

Technische opvolging en oplevering

  • Voorbereiden en begeleiden van test- en opstartactiviteiten.
  • Ondersteunen bij commissioning, I/O-checks en loop checks.
  • Opvolgen en afsluiten van punchpunten.
  • Controleren en vrijgeven van uitgevoerde werken.
  • Input leveren voor as-built documentatie en opleverdossiers.

Je bent een geboren werfleider die vlot structuur brengt en mensen weet te motiveren. Je behoudt het overzicht, ook in uitdagende situaties, en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op zonder aarzelen.

Jouw achtergrond:

  • Technisch diploma (elektriciteit, automatisatie of gelijkaardig)
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring op werven binnen een industriële omgeving
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol
  • In het bezit van een VCA-attest
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een plus
