Als Business Controller ondersteun je het management met financiële inzichten en analyses die bijdragen aan onderbouwde strategische beslissingen. Je combineert reporting, business partnering en procesverbetering binnen een internationale omgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstellen, opvolgen en verbeteren van financiële rapporteringen en managementrapportages;
  • Beheren en coördineren van budget- en forecastprocessen;
  • Analyseren van financiële en operationele resultaten en vertalen naar bruikbare inzichten.
  • Monitoren van KPI's en signaleren van afwijkingen, opportuniteiten en risico's.
  • Ondersteunen van het management bij besluitvorming door middel van heldere analyses.
  • Uitwerken van businesscases, investeringsanalyses en rendabiliteitsberekeningen.
  • Meewerken aan strategische projecten en organisatiebrede verbetertrajecten.
  • Uitvoeren van analyses rond prijszetting, marges, kostenstructuren en bedrijfsperformantie.
  • Optimaliseren van bestaande rapporteringsprocessen.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen om financiële doelstellingen te realiseren.
  • Masterdiploma in een economische, financiële of bedrijfskundige richting;
  • Relevante ervaring binnen controlling, finance of business analyse;
  • Sterke kennis van Excel en financiële rapportering;
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en BI-tools is een meerwaarde;
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Frans;.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en behoudt overzicht onder tijdsdruk;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om met verschillende stakeholders samen te werken.
