Als productiemedewerker speel je een belangrijke rol binnen verschillende fases van het productieproces. Dankzij de afwisseling krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket en leer je op termijn verschillende werkposten kennen.

Zo sta je onder andere in voor:

  • Het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden binnen het productieproces volgens de vooropgestelde procedures. Dit verloopt elke eek op exact dezelfde manier;
  • Het voorbereiden van productieruimtes voor de volgende productiefase;
  • Het besturen van productiemachines via joystickbediening;
  • Het verplaatsen van materialen met de heftruck;
  • Het aanvullen en klaarzetten van grondstoffen.
  • Het uitvoeren van industriële reinigingswerken zodat de productieomgeving steeds veilig en proper blijft.
  • Je werkt in een 38-urenweek, maar jouw werkuren variëren afhankelijk van de productiefase.
  • Maandag: 05u00 - 12u00
  • Dinsdag: 05u00 - 14u00
  • Woensdag: 06u00 - 17u00
  • Donderdag: 10u00 - 20u00
  • Vrijdag: 06u00 - 14u00

Omdat de productieplanning wekelijks verschilt, werk je niet elke week exact hetzelfde aantal uren. Daarom krijg je wekelijks een compensatiedag, zodat je contractueel op een gemiddelde van 38 uur per week uitkomt. De compensatiedag ligt niet vast op dezelfde weekdag. Je ontvangt de planning telkens een week op voorhand, zodt je weet wanneer je vrij bent. Naarmate je langer in dienst bent en een vaste plaats binnen het team krijgt, ontstaat hierin vaak meer regelmaat.

Jouw profiel Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand met de juiste mentaliteit.

  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen;
  • Je bent flexibel naar taken en werkuren toe;
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en denkt praktisch na;
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in een productieomgeving, landbouw, tuinbouw, logistiek of een technische functie;
  • Ervaring in het rijden met heftruck is een pluspunt;
  • Je vindt het niet erg om vuil te worden tijdens je werk.
