Wij verwelkomen enthousiaste graduates die zich willen ontwikkelen als specialist in de farmaceutische industrie. In ons intensieve traineeship krijg je de kans om je theoretische kennis om te zetten in praktische ervaring, terwijl je de toekomst van de industrie mee vormgeeft.

Wat kun je verwachten?

  • Inwerkperiode en training: Je start met een intensief trainingsprogramma op ons hoofdkantoor in Antwerpen. Gedurende deze week maak je kennis met de verschillende facetten van de farmaceutische wereld, van engineering tot QA en productie. Dit programma biedt een unieke combinatie van diepgaande theoretische kennis en praktijkervaring, inclusief bedrijfsbezoeken.
  • Begeleiding door ervaren professionals: Na de onboardingweek word je gekoppeld aan een senior consultant die je gedurende je inwerkperiode van drie maanden ondersteunt op zijn of haar project. Je leert van de ervaring van anderen en krijgt de kans om je kennis verder uit te breiden.
  • Zelfstandige projecten: Na de inwerkperiode ga je zelfstandig aan de slag op verschillende projecten in diverse domeinen, waaronder: QA: Garandeer de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Validation: Verifieer en valideer processen volgens industrienormen. Qualification: Zorg voor de kwalificatie van toestellen en systemen Project Engineering: ontwerpt, coördineert en optimaliseert technische processen, installaties en productielijnen Production: Waarborg de kwaliteit en veiligheid van farmaceutische producten. Operations: Versterk de efficiëntie van onze operaties. En meer...

  • Je studeert deze zomer af met een masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke richting (ingenieurswetenschappen, bio-ingenieurswetenschappen, (bio-)chemie, biomedische wetenschappen, enz.)
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels
  • Bereidheid om flexibel te werken en projectteams op diverse locaties, voornamelijk in de Kempen
  • Klantgerichte instelling met de focus op het leveren van de hoogste kwaliteit in projecten
  • Positieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset
