Jouw baan als Senior MSAT Resource Management Specialist Binnen een internationale farmaceutische omgeving maak je deel uit van het MSAT Strategy & Performance team. In deze rol zorg je ervoor dat workforce- en resource management processen vlekkeloos verlopen en ondersteun je de organisatie met betrouwbare data, efficiënte processen en een optimale inzet van middelen. Je combineert operationele opvolging met procesverbetering en automatisering. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met stakeholders uit finance, operations en business teams. Dankzij jouw expertise draag je rechtstreeks bij aan een efficiënte organisatie en toekomstige workforce planning initiatieven.

Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:

  • Bewaken van de datakwaliteit binnen de resource management tool
  • Opvolgen van de status van openstaande aanwervingen
  • Faciliteren van het kwartaalproces rond charge-out activiteiten
  • Fungeren als SPOC voor resource management gerelateerde vragen
  • Uitwerken en testen van automatiseringsoplossingen tussen systemen
  • Updaten van procesdocumentatie, procesmaps en trainingsmodules
  • Ondersteunen van toekomstige workforce- en capaciteitstrajecten

Je houdt ervan om structuur te brengen in complexe processen en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende stakeholders. Met jouw analytisch inzicht leg je snel verbanden in data en processen. Daarnaast weet je anderen mee te nemen in veranderingen, ook zonder formele beslissingsbevoegdheid.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 8 jaar ervaring binnen pharma, manufacturing, supply chain of een technische omgeving
  • Ervaring met workforce planning, resource management of capacity planning
  • Sterke kennis van data-analyse en procesoptimalisatie
  • Professionele kennis van het Engels
