Jouw baan als Operations Support Medewerker

Voor een innovatief farmaceutisch productiebedrijf in Geel zoeken we twee Operations Support Medewerkers, één per shift. Deze nieuwe functie werd gecreëerd om supervisors en lead operators maximaal te ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse werking. Hierdoor kunnen zij zich focussen op de operationele aansturing van de productie. Je bevindt je midden in de productieomgeving en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen operations, technische dienst en ondersteunende afdelingen. Daarbij combineer je administratieve nauwkeurigheid met een sterk analytisch inzicht en een vlotte samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders.

Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:

  • Registreren en opvolgen van operationele issues, meldingen en acties
  • Beheren van documentatie binnen MES, PI Vision, DeltaV en SAP
  • Voorbereiden en aanvullen van BPV's, REV's en batchgerelateerde dossiers
  • Opstarten van onderzoeken rond incidenten, contaminatie en reiniging
  • Aanmaken van E2-notificaties en opvolgen van technische interventies
  • Uitvoeren van stockcontroles en aanvragen van grondstoffen binnen WMS
  • Ondersteunen van operators via datarapportering, trainingen en kennisdeling

Daarnaast ondersteun je het team bij onder andere:

  • Opzoeken van batchinformatie en procesgegevens in PI Vision
  • Aanvullen van MES-excepties en documentatie voor BRM
  • Afdrukken van packlijsten en aanvragen van IPC's
  • Voorbereiden van kalibratiegegevens in Neptune indien nodig
  • Opvolgen van trainingsstatussen en dynamische opleidingen
  • Aanmaken van DT-, OT- en leidingendossiers
  • Aanvullen van reinigingsvalidatiematrices en operationele actielijsten

Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert vlot met verschillende productieprofielen en behoudt overzicht wanneer meerdere acties gelijktijdig lopen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en analytische ingesteldheid zie je snel verbanden in operationele gegevens en zorg je voor een correcte opvolging van dossiers.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring binnen productie of operations support
  • Ervaring binnen een GMP- of farmaceutische omgeving
  • Kennis van GDP en data-integriteit is noodzakelijk
  • Ervaring met SAP, MES, PI Vision of gelijkaardige systemen
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en basiskennis Engels
