Voor een farmaceutisch project in Gent zoeken we een Senior Validation Engineer die mee de validatie van nieuwe installaties in goede banen leidt. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar technische expertise en stakeholdermanagement hand in hand gaan. De focus ligt op de validatie van nieuwe isolatoren en autoclaven binnen een complexe organisatie met verschillende betrokken partijen. Naast het inhoudelijke validatiewerk neem je een belangrijke coördinerende rol op. Dankzij jouw ervaring weet je technische uitdagingen te combineren met een vlotte samenwerking tussen verschillende teams en sites.

Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:

  • Opstellen en uitvoeren van validatiestrategieën voor nieuwe installaties
  • Valideren van nieuwe isolatoren en autoclaven binnen GMP-omgevingen
  • Coördineren van validatieactiviteiten tussen verschillende stakeholders
  • Afstemmen van testen en documentatie met betrokken productiesites
  • Begeleiden van qualification- en validatieprocessen volgens GMP-richtlijnen
  • Ondersteunen van kennisopbouw rond thermokoppeltesten en equipmentvalidatie
  • Rapporteren van voortgang, resultaten en risico's aan projectteams

Je voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving met veel stakeholders en uiteenlopende belangen. Dankzij je communicatieve aanpak weet je partijen rond dezelfde tafel te krijgen. Je behoudt overzicht, neemt initiatief en voelt je goed in een rol waarin zowel technische expertise als diplomatie belangrijk zijn.

Hard skills

  • Master of bachelor in een technische of wetenschappelijke richting
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen commissioning en validatie
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met isolatoren en autoclaven
  • Ervaring binnen een GMP-gereguleerde farmaceutische omgeving
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
