Jouw project als Validation Engineer

Als Medior Validation Engineer zorg je ervoor dat installaties, utilities en GMP-faciliteiten aantoonbaar geschikt zijn voor hun beoogde gebruik. Je werkt in een technische en gereguleerde productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, compliance en veiligheid centraal staan. Vanuit jouw expertise begeleid je qualification trajecten over de volledige lifecycle. Je werkt nauw samen met engineering, quality, productie en externe leveranciers. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak blijven systemen in een gekwalificeerde staat en zijn ze steeds audit- en inspectieklaar.

Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:

Opstellen en uitvoeren van IQ, OQ en PQ trajecten

Uitwerken van risicoanalyses en kwalificatiestrategieën volgens GMP-richtlijnen

Begeleiden van FAT- en SAT-testen bij leveranciers

Kwalificeren van HVAC-, water-, perslucht- en productie-installaties

Ondersteunen van changes, CAPA’s, afwijkingen en rekwalificaties

Opstellen en reviewen van inspectieklare validatiedocumentatie

Afstemmen met engineering, quality, maintenance en leveranciers Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht in complexe technische trajecten. Dankzij je analytische ingesteldheid maak je doordachte afwegingen en communiceer je duidelijk met verschillende stakeholders. Je neemt eigenaarschap op over je projecten en volgt acties consequent op.

  • Bachelor of master in engineering, wetenschappen of industriële technologie
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen validatie, engineering of GMP-productie
  • Kennis van GMP, GDP, data integrity en quality risk management
  • Ervaring met equipment, facilities of utility qualification
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
