An unserem Standort Zürich Flughafen bietet Prêt a Manger ein umfangreiches Angebot an frischen Sandwiches, Suppen, Salaten und weiteren hochwertigen und gesunden Produkten.

Nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung (E-Learning und „Training on the job“) übernimmst Du folgende Tätigkeiten:

Ihre Aufgabe: • Stellvertretung des Unit Managers bei dessen Abwesenheit • Operative Mithilfe bei der Führung des Store • Aktive Unterstützung des Teams • Kontrolle und Umsetzung der PRET Standards • Mithilfe bei der Erstellung der Einsatz- und Ferienplanung • Mithilfe bei der Rekrutierung, Schulung, Entwicklung und Führung der Team Member • Bestellwesen sowie diverse andere administrative Aufgaben

Wir erwarten: • Erfahrung in der Schichtleitung oder Führung von Mitarbeitenden • Erfahrung im Bereich Quick Service- bzw. Systemgastronomie von Vorteil • Selbstständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten • Motivierender Teamspirit sorgt für ein positives Betriebsklima • Gute Deutsch- und/oder sehr gute Englischkenntnisse • Mobil (Frühdienst ab 4.00 Uhr)
