Die Select Service Partner (Schweiz) AG ist Teil des internationalen gastronomischen Konzerns SSP Group plc. An den Standorten Zürich Flughafen und am Zürcher Hauptbahnhof betreiben wir derzeit 20 Verkaufsstandorte und beschäftigen etwa 360 Mitarbeitende. Neben unseren Bespoke Konzepten Bellevue, NZZ Café, Startbar und Alpenblick führen wir in der Schweiz als Franchisenehmer auch bekannte Marken wie Burger King, fünf Starbucks Stores und fünf Stores der englischen Marke Prêt a Manger.

Für unsere Gate Bars suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine aufgestellte, motivierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit als

Schichtleiter/in Nzz Café100% (m/w/d)

Nach einer intensiven mehrwöchigen Einarbeitung übernimmst Du folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf mit bis zu 6 Mitarbeitenden pro Schicht
  • Aktive Unterstützung des Teams im Operativen Bereich
  • Kontrolle und Umsetzung der Standards
  • Verantwortlich für allgemeine Sauberkeit des Stores während der Schicht.
  • Gewährleistung einer stets attraktiven Warenpräsentation in den Auslagen
  • Mithilfe bei der Rekrutierung, Schulung, Entwicklung und Führung der Team Member
  • Bestellwesen sowie diverse andere administrative Aufgaben

Dafür bringst Du mit:

  • Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie von Vorteil
  • Erste Führungserfahrung vorhanden
  • Selbstständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten
  • Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Teamgeist und Belastbarkeit
  • Flexibilität
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Mobil (Frühdienst ab 4.00 Uhr)
