Selecta is the largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, leading the way in vending solutions and specialist coffee services. We are hiring a Warehouse Operative to join our warehouse team.

Within the UK&I we deliver a national service, relied on and trusted by circa 3,500 businesses to serve tasty beverages and snacks at a variety of locations from workplaces to schools, universities and hospitals and everywhere in-between.

The Role

As Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for general warehouse duties including picking, receipt, dispatch of stock, etc.

Key activities:

  • Picking both Operator and Wholesale orders.
  • Processing paperwork, matching orders with delivery notes, goods received notes and invoicing
  • Unload, check and safely place Warehouse stock
  • Assist with stock taking routines within a periodic timescale
  • Stock Deliveries
  • Maintain housekeeping and follow all Health and Safety procedures at all times
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by the Warehouse or General Manager

Requirements

  • Fork Lift License (reach)
  • Ability to drive a Fork Lift truck in and outside of the warehouse as per site rules
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to lift and move stock (confectionery, drinks cans, paper cups, syrup) from warehouse to pallets.
  • Valid Driving License
