The posting

Empresa líder del País Vasco en Restauración y Catering busca cubrir el puest de Account Manager para Madrid, con las siguientes funciones principales:

Será el responsable del desarrollo de negocio en la zona asignada, con las siguientes funciones principales

•Prospección de mercado

•Visitas comerciales / Presentaciones

•Elaboración de ofertas, negociación y cierre

•Coordinación del servicio junto con el jefe de cocina (Alcalá de Henares)

•Gestión de subcontratas para dar un servicio “llave en mano” al cliente

•Seguimiento económico-financiero, observando el control de costes y optimizando el margen de beneficio

•Gestión e Interlocución con el cliente

•Control de Calidad del servicio

•Plazos de entrega

•Desarrollo de negocio

Requisitos

·Formación adecuada al puesto ofertado-Higiene Alimentaria o formación afín

·Experiencia en desarrollo de negocio dentro de sector de hostelería, hotelería y restauración, orientado a la contratación de eventos

·Valorable aportación de cartera de clientes/contactos

·Alta flexibilidad para adaptarse a requerimientos del cliente y supervisión directa de eventos

Adicionalmente:

•Formación en Seguridad y Salud.

•Disponibilidad para viajar y desplazarse (uno o varios días)

•Carnet de conducir

•Idiomas: inglés y se valorarán otros

•Conocimiento informático especifico

•Se valorará conocimiento del mercado y cartera de clientes.
