Ben jij een geboren leider met een passie voor logistiek en operationeel management? In deze uitdagende functie neem je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor diverse operationele activiteiten binnen transport, distributie en warehousing. Je combineert mensgericht leiderschap met een sterke focus op rendement, kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van operationele teams binnen Pick-Up & Delivery en Warehouse activiteiten.
  • Vertalen van strategische doelstellingen naar concrete operationele acties en verbeterprojecten.
  • Bewaken van de dagelijkse werking en zorgen voor een efficiënte personeelsplanning.
  • Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het beheer van gebouwen, terreinen, voertuigen en magazijnapparatuur.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met interne stakeholders, klanten en leveranciers.
  • Opvolgen en beheersen van operationele budgetten en kosten.
  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieunormen.
  • Initiëren van optimalisatieprojecten om processen en prestaties continu te verbeteren.
  • Rapporteren van resultaten en KPI's aan het management.
  • Je beschikt over relevante ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen logistiek, transport of warehousing.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het aansturen van operationele teams.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met strategisch inzicht.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet medewerkers te inspireren en begeleiden.
  • Je hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, milieu en welzijn op de werkvloer.
  • Je werkt resultaatsgericht en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Kennis van warehouseprocessen en logistieke operaties is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met budgetbeheer en KPI-opvolging.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend; kennis van Frans en/of Engels vormt een meerwaarde.
