Het familiale Argenta-kantoor in Oostrozebeke gaat op zoek naar een Klantenadviseur om de persoonlijke dienstverlening verder te versterken. Het snelgroeiende kantoor zet sterk in op duurzaamheid en wil zich onderscheiden door een persoonlijke aanpak en advies in mensentaal. De langetermijnrelatie met de klant staat daarbij centraal: als adviseur neem je de tijd om naar klanten te luisteren en hen op een toegankelijke manier te begeleiden.

Jouw functie

Als Klantenadviseur bij Argenta adviseer je voornamelijk particuliere klanten over financiële oplossingen binnen de vier bankdomeinen: beleggingen, kredieten, verzekeringen en dagelijks bankieren (een eventuele specialisatie is bespreekbaar). Je beheert proactief je klantenportefeuille en speelt in op de veranderende behoeften van je klanten.

Je bent servicegericht en bouwt mee aan duurzame klantenrelaties. Samenwerking is belangrijk binnen het zelfstandige kantoor. Wanneer een klant nood heeft aan meer gespecialiseerde expertise, verwijs je hem of haar door naar een collega-specialist. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen of te specialiseren via interne en externe opleidingen.

Jouw profiel

Je beschikt over minstens een bachelordiploma en hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid. Ervaring in een commerciële functie is een pluspunt, maar ervaring binnen de banksector is geen vereiste. Je krijgt immers de nodige opleiding om de functie onder de knie te krijgen.

Je legt gemakkelijk contact met mensen en weet klanten op hun gemak te stellen. Je luistert aandachtig, analyseert hun behoeften en denkt mee over passende oplossingen. Je hoeft nog niet alles te weten: je geeft eerstelijnsadvies waar mogelijk en schakelt collega's in wanneer meer gespecialiseerde kennis nodig is. Je bent leergierig en gemotiveerd om op termijn eventueel een expertiserol op te nemen.
