Selene Holdings is a multiple-lines business financial services firm with a mortgage servicing company, a loan diligence company, a title company, an insurance brokerage, and a real estate owned company. We have office locations in Dallas, TX, Jacksonville, FL, and Salt Lake City, UT. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor team performance, track attendance, and conduct monthly and annual performance reviews • Handle escalated borrower inquiries and complaints with professionalism and urgency • Provide coaching and develop remediation plans for underperforming team members • Lead training for new hires and support ongoing staff development • Recommend and implement procedural improvements to enhance department effectiveness • Respond to investor inquiries and support staff with inbound and outbound borrower communications • Assist in monitoring reports to ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements • Coordinate daily team activities and ensure full engagement and productivity • Participate in presentations for investors, auditors, and other stakeholders • Communicate departmental strategies and updates clearly to team members and leadership • This is an on-site position and is not eligible for remote work

Qualifications: • Strong time management and organizational skills • High level of confidentiality and professionalism • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment • Customer service-oriented with sound judgment and decision-making skills • Prior experience in loss mitigation, loan resolution, or mortgage servicing preferred
