Apoiar a área de Projetos da Sellentt na organização e controle das atividades operacionais, contribuindo com a documentação, atualização de cronogramas, geração de status reports e comunicação entre os membros da equipe, garantindo rastreabilidade e fluidez na execução dos projetos.

  • Organização de Documentos: Criar, organizar e manter atualizada toda a documentação do projeto (planos, atas de reunião, propostas, contratos, requisitos) em repositórios acessíveis (como SharePoint, Drive, Confluence)
  • Atas de Reunião: Participar de reuniões, redigir atas detalhadas, registrando decisões tomadas e pontos de ação, e distribuí-las aos participantes
  • Controle de Versões: Garantir que a equipe esteja utilizando as versões mais recentes dos documentos e planos
  • Atualização de Cronograma: Auxiliar na inserção de dados de progresso físico (porcentagem concluída, datas reais de início e fim) em ferramentas de gestão de projetos (como MS Project, Jira, Trello, Monday)
  • Geração de Status Reports: Coletar atualizações da equipe e consolidar as informações em relatórios de status periódicos (semanais ou mensais) para os stakeholders
  • Identificação de Desvios: Alertar o Coordenador de Projeto sobre possíveis atrasos, estouros de orçamento ou tarefas estagnadas observadas durante a análise de dados
  • Ponto de Contato Operacional: Agir como elo entre membros da equipe para dúvidas operacionais e agendamento de reuniões
  • Rastreamento de Pontos de Ação: Cobrar os responsáveis pelas tarefas pendentes registradas nas atas de reunião e relatórios de status Requisitos obrigatórios: -Graduação em andamento em Gestão de TI, Ciência da Computação, ou cursos correlatos.
