About the Role

We’re looking for driven, creative, and coachable SDRs to join our global team. As a Sales Development Representative at Sellerate, you’ll work alongside our clients, using outbound channels to open doors, start meaningful conversations, and book qualified meetings that lead to revenue.

This is a client-facing role, ideal for people who love learning about businesses, working toward goals, and connecting with others. You don’t need to be an expert — we’ll train you. However, you do need strong communication skills, a natural curiosity, and a growth mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Researching target accounts and identifying key decision-makers
  • Personalizing and executing outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Qualifying prospects and booking meetings for your client
  • Handling objections and building rapport with executive-level contacts
  • Organizing your pipeline and staying on top of follow-ups
  • Working closely with your client and our internal team to iterate and improve outreach strategies
  • Meeting weekly KPIs across activities and outcomes
  • Using CRM tools and spreadsheets to track performance and insights
  • Contributing to a supportive, collaborative team environment

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Are fluent in English (written and spoken, C1+ strongly preferred)
  • Have at least 1 year of work experience (in sales, customer support, or any client-facing role)
  • Are curious and driven, you want to understand people and open conversations that matter
  • Thrive in structured, fast-paced environments with clear KPIs
  • Are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Enjoy experimenting with creative outreach (emails, subject lines, messaging)
  • Want to build a long-term career in sales
  • Are excited about working with clients across different time zones, industries, and cultures

Bonus Points (Not Required):

  • Experience using CRM platforms or sales engagement tools
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or cold calling
  • A background in B2B tech or SaaS industries
