Analista de Recursos Humanos | Sellfy

Por isso, buscamos um(a) Analista de Recursos Humanos com perfil proativo, organizado e estratégico, que goste de trabalhar com pessoas, desenvolver talentos e contribuir diretamente para a construção de uma cultura forte e de um time de alta performance.

Essa pessoa será responsável por estruturar e conduzir processos de RH, acompanhar o desenvolvimento dos colaboradores e implementar iniciativas que fortaleçam o engajamento, a comunicação e os resultados da equipe.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Recrutamento e seleção: conduzir processos seletivos de ponta a ponta, desde o alinhamento do perfil com as lideranças até a seleção dos candidatos mais alinhados à cultura e às necessidades da Sellfy.
  • Onboarding e integração: desenvolver e acompanhar o processo de integração de novos colaboradores, proporcionando uma experiência positiva desde o início da jornada.
  • Desenvolvimento de pessoas: estruturar treinamentos, acompanhar feedbacks, avaliações de desempenho e planos de desenvolvimento individual (PDIs).
  • Clima e cultura organizacional: promover ações de engajamento, endomarketing e fortalecimento da cultura da empresa.
  • Acompanhamento de desempenho: monitorar indicadores de RH, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e propor ações para o desenvolvimento do time.
  • Gestão de benefícios: acompanhar os benefícios oferecidos pela empresa e apoiar os processos relacionados à sua administração.
  • Apoio às lideranças: atuar em parceria com gestores e diretoria, contribuindo para a gestão de pessoas, o desenvolvimento das equipes e a resolução de desafios organizacionais.
  • Organização de processos: estruturar e aprimorar políticas, procedimentos e rotinas de RH, buscando mais eficiência e organização.
  • Rotinas administrativas de RH: acompanhar demandas relacionadas a contratos, documentação e interface com os prestadores responsáveis pelas rotinas de departamento pessoal, conforme a necessidade da empresa.

  • Experiência prévia em Recursos Humanos, especialmente em recrutamento e seleção e desenvolvimento de pessoas.
  • Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de planejamento.
  • Perfil proativo, com autonomia para identificar problemas e propor soluções.
  • Facilidade para lidar com pessoas de diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos.
  • Capacidade analítica para acompanhar indicadores e transformar informações em ações práticas.
  • Habilidade para conduzir conversas, feedbacks e alinhamentos com colaboradores e lideranças.
  • Interesse em contribuir para o crescimento da empresa e para a construção de um ambiente de alta performance.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em empresas em crescimento ou ambientes dinâmicos.
  • Vivência na estruturação de processos e políticas de RH.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de recrutamento e seleção e plataformas de gestão de pessoas.
  • Experiência com indicadores de RH, clima organizacional e planos de desenvolvimento individual.
