Responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and staff coordination.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Support scheduling, training, and supervising team members.
  • Help maintain operational efficiency and quality control.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Contribute to problem-solving and conflict resolution within the team.
  • Support implementation of company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
  • Must pass a background check.
