Vi søger 2 ansvarsfulde og erfarne Permit Koordinatorer, der kan styrke vores team i den danske sektor. Du vil få en central rolle i at koordinere og sikre, at alle nødvendige tilladelser og dokumentation er på plads for vores offshore-operationer.

Som Permit Koordinator vil du være ansvarlig for at håndtere og koordinere arbejdstilladelser i forbindelse med vores offshore-projekter, samt sikre, at alle relevante sikkerhedsforskrifter og lovgivning bliver overholdt.

Arbejdsopgaver:

  • Koordinering og administration af arbejdstilladelser (Permit to Work) til offshore-aktiviteter.
  • Sikre, at arbejdstilladelser bliver udstedt i henhold til interne procedurer og gældende lovgivning.
  • Overvåge og opdatere arbejdsstatus og tilladelser under hele projektforløbet.
  • Samarbejde tæt med sikkerhedsafdelingen for at sikre en høj sikkerhedsstandard.
  • Deltage i planlægning af arbejdsopgaver og sikre, at alle tilladelser er i orden inden opstart.
  • Rapportere til ledelsen om status på arbejdstilladelser og sikkerhedsforhold.

Kvalifikationer:

  • Erfaring med arbejdstilladelser og koordination af offshore-arbejde, gerne fra energi- eller offshore-industrien.
  • Kendskab til sikkerhedsstandarder og lovgivning relateret til offshore-operationer.
  • Gode kommunikations- og samarbejdsevner.
  • Evnen til at arbejde struktureret og selvstændigt under tidspres.
  • Erfaring med brug af relevante IT-systemer til tilladelsesadministration.
  • Beherskelse af dansk og engelsk i både skrift og tale.
