Descrição:

Estamos em busca de um(a) Vendedor(a) Interno(a) para atuar diretamente na loja física, realizando atendimento consultivo, venda de planos de internet e serviços digitais, prospecção ativa e suporte aos clientes que buscam soluções rápidas e eficientes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar atendimento presencial aos clientes, apresentando planos e soluções de conectividade;
  • Entender as necessidades do cliente e oferecer produtos adequados ao perfil;
  • Realizar cadastros, atualizar dados e acompanhar processos até a finalização da venda;
  • Manter organização do ambiente de atendimento e dos materiais de trabalho;
  • Apoiar na prospecção ativa interna e em ações externas;
  • Garantir uma experiência encantadora ao cliente, visando fidelização;
  • Contribuir para o atingimento das metas individuais e coletivas.

Requisitos:

  • Boa comunicação e facilidade de relacionamento;
  • Energia, postura proativa e foco em resultados;
  • Organização e capacidade de priorizar demandas;
  • Conhecimento básico em pacote office.
