Realizar atendimento receptivo ou ativo ao cliente, pessoa física ou pessoa jurídica, via central de atendimento multicanal prestando informações, esclarecendo dúvidas, realizando venda de serviços e/ou prospectando o mercado para atrair novos clientes.
