STROKOVNJAKI ZA ZDRAVSTVENO NEGO, poskusno delo 4 mesece, Nedoločen čas , Polni delovni čas, 40, • načrtovanje, organiziranje, izvajanje in kontrola nad delovanjem dodeljene organizacijske enote po navodilih Direktorja ZN • planiranje in organiziranje procesov zdravstvene nege po navodilih Direktorja ZN • koordiniranje dela med negovalnim timom, ambulanto, delovnim terapevtom, fizioterapevtom in zdravniki ter ostalimi organizacijskimi enotami v sodelovanju z Direktorjem ZN • načrtovanje, zagotavljanje, ocenjevanje in usklajevanje nege stanovalcev v skladu s SeneCura standardi zdravstvene nege • spremljanje bolečin in neugodja stanovalcev ter lajšanje bolečin s pomočjo različnih terapij, vključno z uporabo protibolečinskih zdravil • odgovarjanje na vprašanja stanovalcev in njihovih svojcev/pooblaščencev ter nudenje informacij o stanju, zdravljenju in negi • strokovni nadzor nad izvajanjem nalog zdravstvene nege in oskrbe v enoti • izvajanje strokovnega usposabljanja delavcev zdravstveno negovalne službe po odredbi Direktorja zdravstvene nege, nadzor nad izobraževanjem pripravnikov in nad drugimi oblikami izobraževanja • sodelovanje pri urejanju POBO dokumentov in ostale dokumentacije za varno delo zdravstvene stroke • sodelovanje s stanovalci doma, njihovimi svojci in zunanjimi institucijami • izvajanje in nadzor nad izvajanjem internih smernic skupine SeneCura v dodeljeni organizacijski enoti • spremljanje zakonodaje na področju zdravstvene nege, razvoja dejavnosti in uvajanje novosti.Delovno mesto je v PE Žiri, Trg svobode 10, 4226 Žiri, , Neenakomerni delovni čas
