Fachfrau/\-mann Gesundheit EFZ 50\-100% / Stv. Wohnbereichsleitung

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du pflegst gerne ältere Menschen professionell und individuell ihren Bedürfnissen entsprechend.
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Pflegequalität, die Unterstützung beim Assessment und die RAI Dokumentation.
  • Dir liegt das selbstbestimmte und erfüllte Leben der Bewohnenden am Herzen und du förderst sie dabei.
  • Du unterstützt unseren Ausbildungsverantwortlichen bei der Ausbildung der Lernenden.

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine Ausbildung als Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ.
  • Du hast Freude an der Pflege älterer Menschen.
  • Du bist dynamisch unterwegs und entwickelst gerne unseren Betrieb weiter.
  • Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im stationären Langzeitpflegebereich und mit Menschen mit einer dementiellen Entwicklung.
  • RAI oder careCoach sind dir vertraut.
  • Du arbeitest zielorientiert und kannst so die diplomierte Pflegefachfrau beim Assessment und bei der Entwicklung der Massnahmen unterstützen.
  • Du hast Freude an der Verbesserung und Sicherung der Pflegequalität und kannst auch dein Team dazu begeistern.
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, zuverlässig und genau und schätzt die Innovation.
