  • Du bist verantwortlich für eine professionelle und individuelle Pflege sowie Betreuung unserer Bewohnenden.
  • Notfallsituationen erkennst du frühzeitig und bewältigst sie gemeinsam mit der Hausverantwortlichen souverän.
  • Bei der täglichen Pflege packst du aktiv mit an \- stets orientiert am kinästhetischen Ansatz \- und engagierst dich in der Begleitung und Ausbildung unserer Lernenden.
  • Du übernimmst die Tagesverantwortung der Abteilung während der \- oder Spätschicht.
  • Die elektronische Pflegedokumentation führst du selbstständig, sorgfältig und lückenlos.
  • Du führst RAI\-Assessments fachgerecht durch und leitest daraus pflegerische Massnahmen ab.

  • Abschluss als Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ

  • Gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit dem Anspruch, den Pflegealltag effizient und vorausschauend zu gestalten.
