Leitung Administration und Personaladministration (m/w/i) 80%

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst und organisierst das Administrationsteam und sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Du bist die Visitenkarte unseres Hauses und erste Ansprechperson für Bewohnende, Angehörige und Gäste.
  • Du stellst die korrekte Bewohnerverrechnung sicher und überwachst die administrativen Finanzprozesse.
  • Du koordinierst Wohnungsbesichtigungen, begleitest Interessenten und bist für die Vermietung unserer Wohnungen und Pflegezimmer mitverantwortlich.
  • Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung bei organisatorischen, administrativen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Aufgaben.
  • Du wirkst aktiv bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer administrativen Prozesse mit.
  • Du unterstützt die HR\-Verantwortliche bei verschiedenen Aufgaben in der Personaladministration.

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Qualifikation sowie eine Weiterbildung im Personalwesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration und im HR, vorzugsweise im Langzeitpflegebereich
  • Du begegnest anderen Menschen stets mit einem Lächeln und schätzt die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen und an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Du denkst vernetzt, erkennst Zusammenhänge und verstehst betriebliche Prozesse
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit zeichnen dich aus
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich
